An extremely rare French cast iron and inner enamelled pissoir with a cast pattern. This piece has its makers mark embossed to the reverse. These were the fore-runners to the modern-day pissoirs. There is a link that takes you to the first outdoor French urinals which in themselves were of cast metal. An interesting read.
