This is a rather fine example of Ruths earlier works in form of a bowl & cover. It is naively painted in various colours and banded on the rims.The dots are of the raised enamel gendrè which gives it a, want to feel, effect.

 

Condition. Very good with a minute chip to the top knob where the glaze was bruised.
