Hispano Moresque Majolica Charger with rampant lion c1600
An amazing early c1600 Hispano Moresque Majolica deep dish: Tin-glazed earthenware with a copper lustre decorated with a rampant lion. The borders with a raised decoration of crosses with a copper lustre throughout. The reverse has concentric circles.
Condition : Good. Has usual wear to edges with some loss to glaze.
