A rather striking Ox Blood red ceramic vase designed by Friedegart Glatzle for Karlsruhe c1960s. The shield mark on the base represents that of the grand duke of Baden, Friedrich 1, who was the sponsor of the workshop in Karlsruhe. The number is a pattern number.
